When you can return or exchange

  • Within 14 days of delivery if the product is sealed in its original packaging and unused.
  • Any time before the expiry date if the product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Products that cannot be returned

  • Food products that have been opened or used, to keep every customer safe.
  • Products prepared or packed specially to your request.

How to return

  • Contact us within the return period with your order number and a photo of the product.
  • We review your request and arrange to collect the product.
  • After checking the product, we exchange it or refund you, as you prefer.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the product. If the return is due to our mistake or a defect, we cover all shipping costs.
